Joe Agiato
CEO & Founder
Joe Agiato is an innovator who developed the original residual value program for the first MGA in the insured technology space.

He has a unique blend of technology assessment, understanding complicated credits, fund management, licensing and distressed debt and has operations experience in several industries. Joe was the former National Practice Leader for KPMG’s Intellectual Asset Management practice which assisted technology companies in monetizing their intellectual property and has performed over 2,000 business and intellectual property valuations. Joe is a CPA (retired) and holds a BS in Accounting, BS in Economics, MS in Valuation Sciences and a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.

Martin Larkman
Managing Director and General Counsel
Martin is an England and Wales law qualified solicitor, General Counsel and specialist insurance executive with more than 20 years’ experience.

In addition to working in private practice at a Magic Circle firm focusing on private equity and corporate transactional matters, Martin has also held General Counsel positions at highly regulated financial services businesses in the UK and Australia. Martin has been an executive director on corporate boards across North America, Europe, UK and Asia Pacific and a Responsible Manager approved by Australian Securities and Investments Commission and a CF1 Director under the Financial Conduct Authority regime in the UK. Martin brings significant commercial experience having created and led businesses and underwriting teams for both boutique and global insurance institutions innovating product launches and coverage solutions across transactional and financial liability insurances globally.

Anthony Gallo
Chief Investment Officer
Anthony Gallo has over thirty-five years of experience in financial services, specializing in risk management, corporate governance, fundamental analysis, credit and equity underwriting, investments, and capital markets.

He served as Chief Risk Officer at T. Rowe Price, overseeing investment and operational risk. Prior to this, he chaired the approval process for all fixed income and equity underwritten transaction at Wells Fargo Securities. He also served as co-headed equity research. Mr. Gallo began his career at Chase Bank and later worked as an equity analyst at Alex. Brown & Son. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Towson University and an MBA from the University of Baltimore. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and has testified to State and Federal regulators on equity research and investment banking matters.

Lynley Sides
COO
Lynley Sides is a serial entrepreneur and board director with 25+ years experience growing businesses, launching breakthrough products and expanding across markets​.

She brings perspectives as both founder and funder of startups to Inventium’s mission of propelling the success of innovative startups through new lending structures that are profitable for all involved. As President & COO, she grew REX, a disruptive tech company in real estate, lending, insurance and title, to $800m in transactions and $750m valuation. A significant contributor to two billion$+ exits​, Lynley spent her early career in tech product roll-outs and revenue generation, as top performer at IBM, Westinghouse and AT Kearney. Lynley holds a BS in electrical engineering from Georgia Tech and MBA from UCLA.
